Role summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HubSpot Implementer to join our team. As a HubSpot Implementer, your primary responsibility will be implementing and configuring the HubSpot platform for our organisation.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business processes and requirements and then leverage your expertise to customise HubSpot accordingly. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless integration of HubSpot into our existing systems and workflows, enabling us to optimise our various business functions and customer service operations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, project management skills, and extensive experience in implementing HubSpot in businesses.

Reports to: Process Leader
Key attributes and skills
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and requirements for implementing HubSpot
- Assess the current marketing, sales, and customer service operations and identify areas where HubSpot can add value and improve efficiency
- Configure and customise HubSpot to align with the organisation's specific needs, for example setting up contact management, lead nurturing, and customer service processes
- Import and migrate existing data from legacy systems into HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Develop and implement lead capture forms, landing pages, and email templates within HubSpot
- Configure and optimise workflows and automation to streamline marketing and sales processes
- Train and provide guidance to the internal team on how to effectively use HubSpot, including best practices for lead management, email campaigns, and reporting
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure HubSpot implementation is functioning correctly and meeting business requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to HubSpot implementation
- Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of HubSpot and provide recommendations on how to leverage them to improve business processes
- Document the implemented HubSpot setup, configurations, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- HubSpot certifications, such as HubSpot Marketing Software Certification and HubSpot Sales Software Certification, are a plus.
Qualification required for the role
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a HubSpot Implementer or similar role, with a strong track record of successful HubSpot implementations is a mandatory requirement
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's marketing automation, CRM, and customer service functionalities
- Proficient in configuring and customising HubSpot modules, including workflows, contact management, lead scoring, email marketing, and reporting
- Familiarity with integrating HubSpot with other systems and tools, such as CRM platforms, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure
