Role summary

As an Onboarding Specialist specializing in Employer of Record (EOR) services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and compliant onboarding experience for our employees. This position involves a combination of administrative, communication, and compliance tasks to facilitate the hiring process and ongoing employment relationship.

 

Base location: India (Pune) 

Reports to: Head of Onboarding

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Complete Ownership of new offers addition to HRIS, no misses.
• Complete GDPR + RTW compliance for all deploys.
• Zero data breaches.
• Timely Onboarding Completion.
• Positive Deployee NPS Score.
• Project ownership.

Desired Qualifications:

• Proven experience in onboarding, HR, or related roles.
• Familiarity with Employer of Record services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, data-driven approach.
• Proficient in HRIS and onboarding software.
• Certifications in HR or related fields are a plus.
