Job Profile

  • The role of a Customer Service Executive is to ensure that the tasks assigned are completed on time, accurately and completely
  • Is responsible for understanding the promised service to the client (s)
  • Is responsible for following all the agreed processes and procedures diligently and without any requirement for follow up from the reporting manager.
  • Is responsible for attending all training programs assigned, attend periodic team meetings, feedback sessions and to seek clarifications where the process or deliverables are unclear.
  • Has to be able to manage the team and client independently.
  • Is responsible to ensure that attendance is regular, and absences are planned

Responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices by completing 2 way/3 way match
  • Charges expenses to accounts and cost centre by analyzing invoice/expense reports, recording entries.
  • Resolving purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
  • Generate reports detailing accounts payables status
  • Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes (Ex. VAT)
  • Assist in month end closing

  • Should have good written and spoken English.

  • Disciplined process-oriented work style
  • Able to work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to work equally well either independently or as part of a team
  • Post Graduated/MBA in any stream.

Qualifications and technical knowledge

  • Must have 1 plus years overall experience, Max 2 years
  • Purchase Ledger accounting experience
  • B.com
  • Proficient with MS Excel
  • Preference would be given to candidates who have experience in working in International environment and who can join immediately or in short notice

We are a small but growing team. This does need to be a hands on and detailed and action orientated Process Leader who will immerse themselves fully with the delivery teams, quickly assimilate the requirements and drive positive outcomes.

Base location: Pune, India

Experience: minimum 2–4-year experience in Accounts Payable
