Description

As a key member of the Entity Solutions team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients, overseeing the preparation of recurring deliverables, and responsible for timely and accurate delivery of these to clients. You will be responsible for supporting the processing teams to enable deadlines to be met and ensuring continuous process improvement.

Please note that you must be able to demonstrate accountancy experience and/or have a relevant accountancy qualification to be eligible for this role.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensuring AP processing & payments are completed in line with client requirements, and maintain accurate cashflow forecasts to enable timely funding for these.
  • Oversee the preparation of, and be responsible for the delivery of monthly management accounts in line with client deadlines.
  • Oversee the maintenance of local books where required, and the reconciliation to client’s books.
  • Oversee and retain responsibility of compliance work (for example GST/VAT, year end financial statements and tax returns) completed by our Local Partners, and delivery to client in line with local deadlines (i.e. track deadlines, payment dates, and proactively anticipate these events).
  • Initial review of these outputs and presentation to client partner for final approval.
  • Billing review and first approval of monthly invoicing, and incoming partner fees approvals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client, becoming the first point of contact for entity solutions queries.

 

Key Responsibilities (cont.)

  • Management of ad-hoc projects required by clients, for example director changes, additional reporting requests for group purposes, etc.
  • Track open queries and ensure sufficient answers are provided in a timely manner, learn and apply to other clients/future work to reduce duplicate questions.
  • Build and apply specific country knowledge between different clients. Use this to oversee local partners’ work, and reduce reliance on their prompts.
  • Work with the Client Partners when bringing in new clients on developing relevant, efficient processes to meet their deadlines within the overall TSW model.
  • Build a holistic view of the clients in your portfolio, identifying cross-sell areas in collaboration with the Client Partner and Strategic Account Manager.

  • Ability to manage own capacity, planning ahead for known conflicts and prioritisation of workflows
  • Proactive mindset, anticipating queries from clients and flexing standard delivery to provide more information upfront
  • Qualified CA/ACCA, with relevant proven accounting experience in above areas
  • Ability to consider implications towards bigger client picture
  • Strong analytical skills to assess accuracy of outputs from other teams and local partners
  • Collaborative approach to work
  • Oversee processes for your client portfolio, with ability to review/assess these and suggest and implement improvements

  • All recurring deadlines met
  • Annual compliances completed on time, with any delays being outside of TSW control
  • Number of client escalations minimal, reduction in number of recurring queries
