Providing Information on mobile
While working in the offline mode, the challenge is managing different verticals from payroll, attendance to reimbursements in a single cloud service. Also, it is inconvenient for employees to visit the cloud every time they need to access some information.
Describing the innovation to access every form of service in the cloud as well on mobile platforms, Sachin Disa, India BU Director, TopSource Worldwide, said, “With employees working remotely, it was necessary to have most HR workflows to be available on the cloud and the mobile platform, be it HR announcements, leave & attendance workflows, expense reimbursement workflows, or accessing one’s own personal data.”
Having information on mobile devices creates ease for employees. Talking more about how mobile platform helps employees, Disa said, “Making all of this functionality available on the cloud and the mobile platform meant that HR admins and employees could access all that they needed without having to physically be in the office premises. Having intuitive mobile interfaces to achieve all this made life simpler for employees.”
