Our leadership team

Ian joined TopSource as CEO in February 2023. Over the past 20 years, he has amassed extensive leadership experience as a CEO and Board member in many well-known organisations. Ian has significant experience in regulated financial services, having been Managing Director of Consumer Banking and Commercial Finance at Lloyds Banking Group. He also worked alongside Sir Richard Branson in leading the global expansion of Virgin Money.

Ian has an MBA from Insead in France, B.Eng. in Biochemical Engineering from University College Dublin and is a qualified Accountant

Nima brings 20 years of experience in Finance across diverse sectors including retail, SaaS, healthcare, and professional services. Most recently, he served as CFO at CIBT, a private equity-backed leader in B2B travel and immigration services, where he spearheaded a major transformation program. Prior to this, he was Regional CFO and General Manager at Intertrust Group, a global professional services provider operating in 40 countries.

Nima is CIMA qualified and holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Kingston University. He is also a certified change management practitioner, with a passion for leading change and transformation.

Bryan leads the operational delivery and Client Management teams for TopSource Worldwide, providing payroll, accounting and EOR services.

Bryan has held senior leadership roles in outsourcing businesses and has extensive experience across the BPO, HR and Payroll sectors.

Lee Burrows Lee has overall responsibility for the people function in TopSource including talent acquisition, reward, employee engagement and organisational development. 

He has 25 years of extensive HR experience in various sectors, from financial services, technology and entertainment and gaming to healthcare and BPO services.  Lee has held leadership roles in large corporations and start-ups building people functions while working in Europe, Australia and Asia.   

Lee has a B.A. Hons from Durham University and is a CIPD postgraduate. 

Tom joined TopSource as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in July 2024, overseeing Sales, Marketing, Customer Proposition, and go-to-market strategies.

Based in Malta, Tom was previously the CEO of Bradford Jacobs, a global expansion consultancy whose Employer of Record division was acquired by TopSource in 2022. As a co-founder and board member for over 10 years, Tom managed Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, gaining extensive experience in EOR, Contractor Management, and Talent Acquisition.

Martin joined the Board as Chairman in December 2020. He has a successful track record of working with companies in the legal, financial, compliance, and risk management sectors.

Martin is also Chairman of Adeptio Law Group, Cosegic and AuditComply.  He is a Patron of the military charity Team Endeavour and a Member of the Board of Trustees at the National Emergencies Trust.

His previous roles include Chairman of Independent Governance Group, Chairman of Information Exchange, CEO of Alcumus, Managing Director of Croner and Commercial Director of BSI British Standards.

Guil is the founder and Non-Executive of TopSource and has led the business for 20 years as CEO. He has extensive business leadership and commercial experience in domestic and international payroll.

Guil has played an instrumental role in the recent mergers and acquisitions and has led the business growth to reach over 400% in the past two years.

As a Non-Executive Director, Guil supports the business as Board Member and helps build partnerships and M&A opportunities for the business.

Tom led the investment of Topsource and currently serves as a board member. He is also a Partner at Horizon Capital, where he leads new platform investments and supports the growth of new portfolio companies.

Tom currently serves as a board member at Topsource Worldwide. He is also an Investment Executive at Horizon Capital, responsible for sourcing and executing new platform investments.
