TopSource Worldwide, the global employer services company, backed by Horizon Capital, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Larkin as CEO. Ian joins on 1st February, replacing the Founder and CEO, Guil Hastings, who will serve on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.

Ian is a seasoned business leader with deep experience in tech-led services businesses, focussing on helping clients succeed and thereby growing businesses with a client-centric growth mindset.
