Role summary
The Head of Global HR Solutions Leader is responsible for overseeing and implementing HR strategies, systems, and solutions on a global scale. This role will be heading our team of country HR partners who are key members of our client services team working to deliver a high-quality HR business partner service for our clients and their employees.
Base location: Pune/Europe
Reports to: Head of Global Expansion Services
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic HR Planning:
- Streamline Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Optimize and standardize HR processes to enhance efficiency across the organization.
- Global HR Strategy Development: Craft and implement HR strategies that align with and support the organization's overarching goals on a global scale.
- Team and Role Transformation: Evolve team structures and roles to ensure competitiveness and agility in a dynamic business environment.
- Strategic HR Initiatives: Lead and drive key HR initiatives, ensuring their successful execution across all regions.
- Change Leadership: Champion and guide organizational change efforts to foster adaptability and resilience.
- Compliance with Agility: Maintain compliance while staying flexible and responsive to changing regulations and business needs.
- Customer Satisfaction: Implement HR strategies that directly contribute to increased customer satisfaction.
- Business Scaling: Support the organization's growth by scaling HR operations to meet expanding business demands.
- Defining Success Metrics: Clearly define and measure success criteria to align HR outcomes with business objectives.
- Optimize SOPs: Continually refine and improve Standard Operating Procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to drive business decisions and improve HR processes.
Talent Management:
- Develop global talent management strategies including recruitment, development, and retention.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development
- Performance management
- Conflict resolution
Compliance and Governance :
- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and global HR regulations and standards.
- Implement robust governance frameworks to manage HR risks.
Change Management:
- Lead change management initiatives related to HR processes, systems, and policies.
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions
Desired Qualifications:
- 8+ years of business experience with significant operational HR experience (international business preferred).
- Relevant degree qualification or equivalent experience relating to HR.
- Strong understanding of contracts and employment law.
- Coaching qualification would be an advantage
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Highly technology literate, including Microsoft Office suite and CRM (Portico EOR and HubSpot).
- Understanding of GDPR in terms of HR-related processes
- Second language a distinct advantage
- International/global experience desirable
