TopSource Worldwide is happy to announce that Jonathan Ridley-Holloway has joined the group as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Development.

Jonathan joins from Advanced Business Solutions (Vista Equity Partners and BC Partners), where he was instrumental in numerous acquisitions during his tenure within the M&A function — as well as his role as Commercial Finance Director for the health and care, legal and education divisions. In addition, Jonathan has worked in technology-focused investment banking (Lincoln International and Goldman Sachs) and was previously a Commissioned Officer within the British Army.

 This breadth of experience from past roles will be pivotal in Jonathan’s new task of leading TopSource Worldwide’s inorganic growth strategy.

Our M&A story so far

Thanks to significant investment from Horizon Capital, we’ve created a strong platform to support our well-defined buy-and-build acquisition strategy in global EOR, domestic payroll and global payroll. Horizon Capital is a specialist investor focusing on technology and service businesses, as well as the market leader in buy-and-build strategies, having completed 80 add-on acquisitions in its first three years.

Since being backed by Horizon Capital in December 2020, TopSource Worldwide has completed three acquisitions to date.

In 2020, TopSource Global Solutions merged with PEO Worldwide (involving two simultaneous acquisitions) to form a truly global employer services company. TopSource Worldwide was subsequently launched at the start of 2021.

TopSource Worldwide then went on to acquire Select Payroll Solutions, further strengthening our UK payroll presence. Our growth plans have continued at pace, with the acquisition of Compandben — one of the first global EOR and multi-country payroll businesses — being our third in nine months.

TopSource Worldwide is a well-funded and fast-growing company with the appetite and ambition to grow further.
