4. Assess the workforce’s capabilities

Regular appraisals and reviews can be effective tools to analyse the capacity and capabilities of your team if conducted correctly and consistently. A pay-for-performance culture helps boost productivity and encourages employees to adapt to innovations and changes that enhance efficiency.
