Overview of role 

As a crucial member of our team in the role of Business Development 
Representative, you will spearhead our outbound sales efforts. Working 
hand in hand with our business intelligence team, you'll be entrusted 
with targeted accounts and contracts tailored to our ideal client profile. 
Your mission will be to implement a comprehensive, multi-platform 
approach, effectively reaching decision-makers and orchestrating 
impactful calls for the new logo sales team.
Ensuring these calls boast high attendance rates is a priority, and your 
adeptness in gathering constructive feedback from the sales team on 
these prospects will be pivotal. Performance metrics will be based on the 
number of meetings you successfully book each week and your ability to 
convert these meetings into tangible business opportunities. Your 
dedication and skill in driving these outcomes will be central to the 
continued success of our sales initiatives.

Base location: Pune, India

Reports to: Head of Sales

  • • Meeting Booking: Actively pursue and secure meetings for the 
    new logo sales representatives.
    • Activity Cadence Management: Independently manage and 
    optimize your own cadence of sales activities to maximize 
    outreach effectiveness.
    • Seeking Feedback: Proactively seek feedback on the prospects 
    presented, ensuring continuous improvement in targeting and 
    engagement strategies.
    • Agile Execution: Demonstrate agility and efficiency in navigating 
    the sales process, ensuring a swift and effective approach to 
    securing meetings.
    • HubSpot Management: Effectively manage targets within the 
    HubSpot platform, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records 
    of all sales activities

Qualification required for the role

  • Any Graduate.
  • 4+ years of experience working as Business Development Representative.
