Role summary

We are seeking a highly motivated International Business Development and Account Mapping Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting prospects, analysing market data, and account mapping to support our sales team's efforts in expanding our global payroll and HR services.

 

Base location: Pune

Reports to: Head of Sales Ops

 

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Prospect Identification:
    - Utilize ideal client profiles to research and identify potential prospects.
    - Build and maintain comprehensive lists of target companies and contacts
  • Market Analysis:
    - Analyse market trends and industry data to identify opportunities for expansion
    - Evaluate companies with existing international payroll needs and identify additional countries for service
  • LinkedIn Mapping:
    - Compare company entities to employees to determine potential gaps where a employer of record or entity solution could be required
    - Create comprehensive LinkedIn profiles for target contacts to support outreach
  • Account Mapping:
    - Collaborate with sales teams to map out key accounts and stakeholders as well as researching the clients to see areas for us to grow into.
    - Identify decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Cross-Selling Opportunities:
    - Identify existing clients with multiple international locations and small HR teams
    - Propose and strategize cross-selling opportunities for additional services
    - Iceberg accounts. Looking at where we do multi country payroll but they have other countries we don't currently serve
  • Profile Development:
    - Develop detailed profiles for target accounts, including key contacts, pain points, and potential solutions
    - Maintain up-to-date records of prospect information and interactions.

  • High level of interpersonal skills (communication, listening and reliability).
  • Motivated, self-starter with a high level of integrity and attitude to learn
  • Adept at problem solving (Ability to be analytic and creative in solving problems

Qualifications

  •     Bcom/Mcom/BCA/MCA/BA/MBA graduate
  • 4- 7 years of experience
