Role summary

The Demand Generation Lead plays a critical role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth by supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of comprehensive demand generation strategies. This involves designing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns, leveraging various digital and offline channels to attract and nurture prospects through the sales funnel. The role requires a data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and refine strategies to maximize ROI. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, is essential to align efforts and ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints. By staying updated on industry trends and customer behavior, the Demand Generation Lead will continuously innovate and adapt strategies to meet business objectives effectively.

Reports to: Head of Marketing

 

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Drive lead generation activities to support customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertisement campaigns across various platforms.
  • Focus on generating and nurturing high-quality leads, converting them into MQLs and SQLs.
  • Set up and manage advertising channels to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including CPL, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and refine strategies to maximize effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and achieve marketing objectives.

Key Attributes & Skills 

  • Have strong communication skills and expertise in digital marketing, including SEM, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Are data-driven, analytical, and skilled in using tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta to optimize campaigns.
  • Bring 5 years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, and performance marketing, ideally in B2B with global exposure (US, EU, APAC).
  • Are a strategic thinker, creative problem solver, and adept at project and team management.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree (a postgraduate degree in marketing or related fields is a plus).
  • Thrive in collaborative environments, are open to learning, and committed to continuous improvement.
