An EOR is essentially a third party that handles all HR and Payroll for the employee offering access to real-time applications that show them all of their personal work-related documents such as contracts, annual leave entitlement, benefits and more.

It means that businesses no longer need to set up shop in the country they want to hire in, they simply ask an EOR to hire the employee for them directly.
